Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as beauty tools, cosmetics, and personal care items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened beauty or personal care products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
